The impugned order dated 17.02.2024 passed by Respondent no. 2 / Joint Director of Education, Varanasi Mandal, Varanasi is set aside and is remitted back to Respondent no. 2. However, it is made clear that as the petitioner is not getting salary, therefore, he is not entitled to get salary pursuant to the order dated 17.02.2024.
