Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.C.S.C. for the opposite party.

The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 05.08.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 8295 of 2024.

In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, learned A.C.S.C. has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that now the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, application may be dismissed as infructuous, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant. He only submitted that, he may be given liberty to approach the Writ Court in case of any dispute.

The said compliance affidavit is taken on record.

As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed.
