#3. A compromise deed has been filed wherein both the parties are signatories to the compromise. The same is on record as Annexure - 4.
#4. Considering the arguments and the law as laid down in the case of Gian Singh vs. State of Punjab and another; (2012) 10 SCC 303, entire proceedings of Case Crime No.234 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 of IPC & Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Gosainganj, District Lucknow are quashed.
