Though the intimation letters were issued against Insolvent to remain present for private examination on 30th July 2025, 3rd September 2025 and today also Insolvent remain absent. Perused Office report dated 27th June 2025, thereby representative of the Office of the Official Assignee taken formal possession of Insolvent’s residential flat No. A/802, Tulsi Heights, Plot No.25, Sector No.22, Khandeshwar, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai-410209. Today again Insolvent is absent, therefore, it is not possible to proceed with the meeting. Per 1 st Asstt. to O.A: : 2 : In view of the absence of the Insolvent, today’s matter stands adjourned to 25th September, 2025 at 12.00 noon. Office is directed to issue Rule Nisi against Insolvent for not attending private examination u/s. 33(i) of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909 immediately.
