ORDER 24.03.2025 Heard. For the selfsame cause and prayer, the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing CRLMC No.2908 of 2010. The coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.06.2019 has dismissed the petition inter alia observing as under:-
Accordingly, it is ordered that if petitioner so advised and raises the above contention, the same shall be considered on its own merit at the time of consideration of charge. No interference under section 482, Cr.P.C. is called for. The CRLMC stands dismissed
.
The petitioner has repeated the prayer by filing the present petition. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to derive the benefit of the order already passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court on
25.06.2019 in CRLMC No.2908 of 2010.
