Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
By means of this application, the Petitioners seek the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the Court concerned for expeditious disposal of the Complaint Case No.113 of 2025.
In the application, the innocuous prayer made by the Petitioners is for early disposal of the complaint. In the absence of any serious objection from the side of the Government, though this Court is not inclined to put any pressure on the authority for disposal of the complaint, expeditious disposal of a case being one of the facets of Article 21 of the Constitution, the authority shall do well to ensure that the complaint is disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
