The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to demarcate the public road and decide the quantum of encroachment by the petitioner within a stipulated time.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-9, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Section 255 (1) of the Orissa Municipal Act, 1950, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.
