Decision
ORDER 20.04.2023 07. 1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners claims that each of the Complainants has already been paid off in full and this fact has also been brought to the notice of the trial Court at the time of grant of bail to the Petitioners in the entire batch of cases. However, this is disputed by learned counsel for the Informants who is appearing before this Court. He states that the interest component has not yet been paid to any of the Complainants. 2. It will be open to the parties to urge before the trial Court their respective contentions if and when the Petitioners seek discharge. Such prayer will be considered on its merits by the trial Court in accordance with law. 3. The petitions are disposed of with the above observations. 4.
