Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that their claim to get the benefits under Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994, is similar to the case of the Appellant in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioners that the representation under Annexure-3 may be considered by appropriate authority.
