#1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

#2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks for the following relief:- “Under such Circumstances, the Petitioner therefore Pray that this the Writ Hon'ble Court may kindly be Pleased Application, issue RULE NISI Calling upon the 0pp. Parties more especially 0pp. Party No - 2 to 3 to show Cause as to why their inaction and indifferent attitude of not granting Family Pension in favor of Petitioner being the Widow of a Pension Holder submitted through Petitioner's Representation as per Annexure No- 4 shall not he declared to be illegal, arbitrary and mechanical one. to Admit And upon showing no cause or in sufficient cause the RULE be made absolute by allowing the Writ Application thereby directing the 0pp. Parties more especially Opp. Party No-2 to 3 to allow the Petitioner Representation and Sanction and disburse Family Pension in favor of the Petitioner within a specific time period”.

#3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that for redressal of the grievance, the Petitioner has moved a representation under Annexue-4 before the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. the District Education Officer, Kalahandi but has not been responded to.

In view of the above, in absence of any serious objection from the side of the leaned AGA, it is directed that the District Education Officer, Kalahandi, Puri i.e. Opposite Party No.3 shall consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order and shall communicate the result of the representation to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
