ORDER 26.09.2024 09. These matters are taken up through Hybrid mode. 2. Mr. Pitambar Acharya, learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State of Odisha has produced before this Court a communication bearing No.25210/H dated 26.09.2024 issued by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government of Odisha, Health & Family Welfare Department, a copy of which have been shown Page 12 of 13 to learned Senior Counsel/Counsel representing the appellants, which they have carefully perused. 3. Learned Senior Counsel/Counsel representing the appellants all these cases have submitted in one voice that in view of the contents of the said communication, they may be permitted to withdraw the present writ appeals with a liberty to question the correctness of the future policy, if any, which is framed by the State Government. 4. The Writ Appeals are disposed of accordingly, as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion.
