03.05.2010 (Annexure-5) and settle the land in his favour as per the provisions of Orissa Government Land Settlement Act, 1962.
Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that he has received instructions that since the prayer made by the Petitioner for settlement of land which is “Jalachar” in kissam, the same cannot be sustained in the eye of law.
In view of the above, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is dismissed.
