In compliance to the order dated 25.07.2022 and 01.08.2022, Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the OPSC produced the necessary instruction in sealed cover. The said sealed cover document is opened and it is found that none of the Petitioners was qualified in the examination and the reason for such disqualification has also been stated in the said order. The Preliminary examination is a qualifying in nature while Written (Main) Examination is to access the candidates’ knowledge and intellectual ability. The interviews/viva voce test is conducted to access the candidates overall intellectual and personal quality. The object of conducting the examination in three stages is to eliminate less meritorious candidates.
