Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 506 of IPC, R/w. Section 66(E) of I.T. Act in connection with Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.597 of 2022 corresponding to G.R Case No.2814 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara.
Having regard to the nature of offence alleged against the Petitioner, while this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, it is directed that the Petitioner if so chooses may surrender before the court in seisin over the matter in which event the court concerned shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law on its own merit not being influenced by the direction issued by this Court here in. // 2 //
