#1. Mr. Dharanidhar Nayak, learned Senior Counsel who is being assisted by Ms. Anwesha Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Petitioner is suffering from some serious ailments, the petitioner intends to file an application for his treatment outside the jail and the same is required to be disposed of expeditiously by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. Accordingly, Mr. Dharanidhar Nayak, learned Sr. counsel seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to direct the learned Court in seisin over the matter to dispose of such application of the Petitioner that would be filed for his treatment outside the Jail.

In view of the above, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn and the learned Court in seisin over the matter is hereby requested to pass appropriate order, if such an application is filed for the treatment of the Petitioner by calling for necessary report from the concerned.
