Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
By means of this application, the Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail Under Section.438 of Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s.120- B/420/34 of IPC in connection with Kabirdham P.S. Case No.205 of 2024 pending on the files of learned J.M.F.C., Kabirdham, Chhatisgarh.
It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the present Petitioners have one Sai Trust Organisation used to collect funds for free distribution of food for pregnant lady, baby food and mother food for which they created forged documents and further alleged that they have collected huge amount of Rs.6,50,00,000/- from the applicants to provide regular job. // 2 //
Having regard to the fact, the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail in the nature of a transit bail to the Petitioners. Accordingly the prayer for bail stands rejected and the ABLAPL is dismissed.
