It is stated by the learned counsel for the Bank that in view of Section 30 of the RDB Act, 1993 remedy of appeal is available against the impugned order before the Tribunal. In view of the above alternative remedy, the petitioners are relegated to the said remedy. Without expressing any opinion on the merits, we direct the Tribunal to first consider the objections of the petitioners that there was no proper valuation. Till such objection is decided auction may not be finalized. This order is subject to the appeal being filed within two weeks from today. The petitions are disposed of.
