Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Susil Kumar Bag v. Union of India (W.P.(C) No. 21039 of 2022 and batch disposed of on 23.12.2022. Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid judgment, to which Mr. S.B. Panda, learned Central Government Counsel has raised no objection.
