ORDER This is the fifth bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, as he / she is implicated in connection with Crime No.121/2021 registered at Police Station Bilpank, District Ratlam (MP) for offence punishable under Section 394 and 397 of IPC. His earlier bail applications have already been dismissed by this Court. The applicant is in custody since 15/03/2023. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary.
