TIWARI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE ) .....RESPONDENT This application coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following: ORDER This second application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the applicants for grant of anticipatory bail. Their first anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order 28.10.2022 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 41233/2022 whereby liberty was granted to surrender before the trial Court and it was directed that if an 2 application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is filed, same be decided expeditiously. Applicants apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No.54/2021 of Police Station -Maharajpur, District-Mandla (MP) commission of offence under Sections 420, 409, 120-B, 34 of IPC and Section 6(1) of MP Nikshepakon Ke Hiton Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam have again approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail. As per provision of Section 14 of the MP Nikshepakon Ke Hiton Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, an anticipatory bail under the Act can not be granted.
