29.11.2019 was sent to the Labour Commissioner, Indore under Section 17 of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and Rule 25 of M.P.Industrial Disputes Rules, 1957 with a direction to send it back before the date of declaration of the award. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that confirmation has not yet been sent back by the Commissioner to the Labour Court. Since the matter is pending before the Labour Court, the petitioner is directed to approach the Labour Court by filing an application with regard to his grievance.
