10.05.2013 (Annexure-P/1) to the extent that College will not be taken to be absorbed by State Government and will result into culmination of services of petitioners. Similar issue has been considered by Co-ordinate Bench in WP No.16178/2013. In said petition, it has been held by learned Single Bench that Society itself has decided to shutdown the College and College has not been absorbed by the State Government. In view of same, relief claimed by petitioners cannot be granted in view of finding given in WP No.16178/2013. Resultantly, writ petition is dismissed.
