Case (C)No.2832 OF 2023 -:2:- J U D G M E N T Dated this the 2nd day of February, 2024 Anu Sivaraman , J. The learned Government Pleader, submits on instructions, that the DPC met on 16.12.2023 and considered the claim of the petitioner for promotion. It was found that, four persons are eligible for appointment from persons with disability, in the post of Assistant Registrar/Assistant Director of Co-operative Societies, for the year 2023. It is submitted that the petitioner was not included in view of the fact that, there were seniors who had the bench mark disabilities, who were eligible to be promoted against the four vacancies ermarked for the purpose. It is further submitted that the petitioner's claim for promotion will be Con. Case (C)No.2832 OF 2023 -:3:- considered, in his turn, in accordance with the final seniority list of employees with disabilities. The said submission is recorded.
