Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. O.P.(RC) No.8 of 2024 3
The prayer of the petitioner to have expeditious disposal of R.C.A No.25 of 2023 by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Irinjalakkuda, is just and reasonable, especially in view of the age of the petitioner, who is a sexagenarian. Therefore, the relief sought for in this petition has to be allowed to meet the ends of justice.
