The learnedGovernment Pleader submits that after verification, nowimmigration clearance has been given to the petitioner to travelto Dubai. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits thatevery time, the respondents are doing the same thing despiteExt.P4 judgment. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposedof with a direction to the respondents to see that unless thesituation changes in respect of the criminal case pending againstthe petitioner, Ext.P4 judgment shall be strictly complied with.
