J.M.JAMES, J.-------------------W.P.(C). 30145/2006--------------------Dated this 15th day of November, 2006JUDGMENTThe grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P4petition, preferred before the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mukumdapuram, under Section 69 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, in short 'the Act' and rule 67(3) of the Kerala Co-operative SocietiesRules, 1969, in short 'the Rules', is pending before the Assistant Registrar without any decision, though the petition was preferred on 6.7.2006. It is prayed by the writ petitioner that a direction may be given to the first respondent, to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, so as to redress the grievance, that had been raised through Ext.P4 petition.

I heard the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and also the learned seniorGovernment Pleader.

I direct the first respondent, AssistantRegistrar, Co-operative Societies, Mukundapuram, W.P.(C).30145/20062Irinjalakuda, to dispose of Ext.P4 petition dated 6.7.2006pending before him, as early as possible in any case, within two months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this judgment.
