This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing 2nd respondent to hear the petitioner and issue orders on Ext.P13 application for clarification within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The assessing officer is directed to withhold assessment proceedings, if not already completed for one month from now. Petitioner will produce copy of the judgment for clarification.
