W.P.(C) No. 18777 of 20072promotion has been prepared in which the petitioner is SerialNo.17. They categorically state that none of the juniors of thepetitioner included in the list has been promoted. They havespecifically answered the averment of the petitioner regardingthe promotion of the three persons alleged to be juniors to thepetitioner. According to the respondent, those personsconstituted a totally different category. The petitioner has notchosen to file any reply. The petitioner has also not challengedthe seniority list prepared, in which the petitioner is Serial No.17.The petitioner has no case that anybody junior to the petitionerin that list, which is unchallenged, has been promoted.
