The grievance raised in the petition is that the application somoved for interim orders has not been taken up forconsideration, despite service completed against respondents. Expeditious disposal of the petition after hearing of the parties, that alone is canvassed in this writ petition. I direct the learnedDistrict Judge to dispose of Ext.P1 application as expeditiously aspossible at any rate within a period of one month from the dateof receipt of a copy of this judgment.
