The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all hiscontentions before the learned Magistrate. I have no reason toassume that the learned Magistrate would pass any interim or finalorders without properly adverting to all the contentions which thepetitioner wants to raise. Section 29 of the D.V Act provides forappeal against such orders also.3.This Writ Petition is, accordingly dismissed.4.Hand over a copy of this order to the learned counsel forthe petitioner today itself.
