That appears to be the clear legislativemandate under Order XXXIX of the CPC as well. Therefore, I direct the Munsiff Court, Muvatupuzha, todispose of IA 270/08 in OS 30/08 within a time frame of three weeksfrom the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
