BASANT, J. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - W.P.C.No. 2393 of 2007 I - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dated this the 31st day of January, 2007 JUDGMENT The learned Prosecutor, after taking instructions, submits that the investigation into Crime No. 399 of 2006 has already been completed and a negative final report has already been submitted to the learned Magistrate. It is therefore evident that there is no merit in the contention that the investigation has not been completed by the Investigating Officer so far. The petitioner will, of course, get an opportunity to raise his objections against the negative final report from the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction. He can appear before the learned Magistrate and raise his objections against the negative final report, which is said to be filed before the learned Magistrate.

#2. In the light of the submissions of the learned Prosecutor that the Investigating Officer has already completed the investigation and filed final report, I am not satisfied that any further direction deserves to be issued invoking the powers under Article 226 of the Constitution.
