JUDGMENT Ramkumar, J. This is an appeal filed by respondent Nos.195 and 196 in the final decree application in O.S.No. 24 of 1957 on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Koyilandy. Even though the appellants are challenging the supplementary final decree dated 7.4.2006, they themselves having obtained the benefits conferred to them including delivery of the property under the said final decree, they cannot be heard to assail the very same final decree.
