V.CHITAMBARESH, J.-------------------------------O.P.(C) No. 3329 of 2012-------------------------------Dated this the 9th day of October, 2012J U D G M E N TIt is seen that the petitioner who is the 6th defendant in O.S.No.295 of 2002 (disposed of along with O.S.Nos.227/2002and 485/2002) on the file of the court of the Principal Munsiff of Alappuzha. It is reported that the judgment and decree therein dated 17.8.2007 has become final to the knowledge of the petitioner.
The petitioner has however not been arrayed as arespondent in E.P.No.61 of 2012 in O.S.No.295 of 2002. Thepetitioner has under such circumstances filed an application invoking Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The issue pertains to the execution, discharge and satisfaction of the decree in O.S.No.295 of 2002.

The application, if any, filed by the petitioner under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure in O.S.No.295 of 2002shall be disposed of by the court of the Principal Munsiff of O.P.(C) NO.3329 OF 20122Alappuzha within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
