#2. The learned Senior Counsel confined the reliefs to give a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
#3. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already retired from service and the retirement benefits have been withheld due to the pendency of this prosecution.

Having regard to the fact that the matter is of the year 2016 and all other circumstances brought out on record, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.04 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within nine months CRL.MC NO. 2716 OF 2022 3 from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The Crl.M.C. is disposed of as above.
