Crl.M.C.No.3646/082issued in Alice George (Supra). It is not necessary for thiscourt in every subsequent case to issue directions to the Magistracy to follow the dictum in Alice George (Supra). Everycourt is bound to do the same. I have no reason to assume thatthe same shall not be done. If the directions are not compliedwith the avenues of challenge/complaint are available for thepetitioner. 3. In the result, this petition is dismissed subject to theabove specific observations. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits thatthe petitioner has got four months leave and prays that theremay be a direction for expeditious disposal of the case. Thepetitioner can make the request before the learned Magistratewhen he appears and needless to say, the learned Magistratemust consider the same and take appropriate decision. Hand over copy of this order to the learned counsel for thepetitioner for production before the learned Magistrate.
