NO. 448 of 2004,========================DATED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF MARCH 2008ORDER The first respondent in O.P.(EA)379/2002 on the file of theAdditional District Court, Alappuzha is the revision petitioner. Bythe impugned order, the court below refixed the land value andgranted enhancement of compensation at Rs.11688/- withinterest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of cuttingof trees till realisation. On going through the evidence anddiscussion made by the court below, I am of the view that thefixation of land value at the rate of Rs.6000/- per cent anddamages towards diminished utility of the land value atRs.11,688/- is reasonable, just and fair. I find no ground tointerfere with the order passed by the court below.In the result, the civil revision petition is without any meritand it is dismissed. No order as to costs.
