No.1320 of 2012 ----------------------------------- Dated this the 19th day of October, 2012 JUDGMENTThis Contempt of Court Case is filed alleging that the respondent herein has wilfully disobeyed the direction issued by this Court in Annexure A1 judgment in W.P.(C)No.36637 of 2010 by delaying payment of interest on the principal amount of gratuity paid pursuant to the orders passed by the controlling authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. When this Contempt of Court Case came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the amount representing the interest payable to the petitioners has since been paid. In such circumstances, I find no grounds to entertain the Contempt of Court Case.
