O R D E R This petition is for bail.2. The alleged offences are under Sections 41(1)(b) of the Criminal Procedure Code. According to prosecution, petitioners(A1 and A2) were taken into custody on 21/06/2010 while they were found under suspicious circumstance. A crime was registered under Section 41(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. Later, a report was filed under Section 109 of Cr.P.C and the proceedings are continuing before the Sub Divitional Magistrate. Hence, no question of granting bail arises in this case, it is submitted. These submissions are recorded and in the light of the submissions made, bail cannot be granted.
