B.A. No.4486 of 2012-: 2 :-commission of offence. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lorry was seized from the workshop/garage and that there was no river sand in it. That is only regarding the subsequent seizure, the learned Public Prosecutor submits. The offence was detected on the midnight of 21.6.2012. The lorry was found transporting river sand. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that A2 (Kunjumon@ Satheesh) is involved in OR No.24/2009 also. Shaji (A4) is involved in two crimes, Crime Nos.2/2010 and 18/2012 also of Palode Range.
