The offence is under Sections 286 IPCand Section 9(B)(2) of Explosive Amendment Act, 1978 & Section 4 of the Explosive Substance Act, 1908.
On hearing both sides, I am of the view that the petitioner is to be granted the order sought for.
Operative part
It is hereby directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in connection with Crime No.2477 of 2007 of Ayyyampuzha police station , heshall be released on bail by the officer concerned on executing a bond forRs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the above officer. It is further stipulated that the petitionershall appear before proper court and seek bail within a period of thirty days. He shall make available for interrogation by the police officer. He shall not in any manner interfere with the investigation. The bail application is allowed. K.R.UDAYABHANU.ks. JUDGE.
