THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 11.01.2024, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: W.P.(C) No.1118 of 2024 2 JUDGMENT The petitioner is the co-owner of 0.1012 Hectares of land in Re-survey No.29/4-1 in Block No.55 of Pookkottur Village, Eranadu Taluk, Malappuram District. He has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent/ Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, Form-6 application filed under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules,

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader. In the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration that Ext.P2 is a statutory application, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent/ W.P.(C) No.1118 of 2024 3 RDO to consider and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
