O R D E R Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that the Medical College Police, Thiruvananthapuram are at his heels in connection with Crime No.107/06 of Petta Police Station registered for an offence punishable under section 379 read with section 34 IPC with regard to the theft of gold ornaments by some other persons. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the Medical College Police have not registered any crime against the petitioner and that the petitioner is not wanted by the Medical CollegePolice in connection with the allegations made in the petition. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment entertained by the petitioner is unfounded.
