It is now submitted that the third party receiver has returned the order and now the hotel stands closed. At present, the appellant wants to run the hotel. In the above circumstances, this appeal is dismissed as infructuouswithout prejudice to the right of the parties to approach the DistrictCourt, Thalassery or Arbitrator for appropriate remedies.
