ORDER Appeal is hereby allowed. The impugned award dated 18th December 2009 in MVC No.1296/ 2006 is hereby modified enhancing the total compensation from Rs.1,20,000/- to Rs. 1.72,600/-. (iii) Remaining all other aspects of the impugned award remains intact and undisturbed. Sd! JUDGE R/-
