AND MEMBER, MACT, ALLOWING THE CLAIM PETITION FOR COMPENSATION AND SEEKING ENHANCEMENT OF COMPENSATION. CONCILIATION ORDER Sri.M.K.Soudagar is directed to take notice for R-2.

2. Both sides are present. After negotiation, the parties have arrived at a settlement. A joint memo is filed in this regard.

The second respondent agreeable global compensation of Rs.75,000I-, in addition to what has been awarded by the Tribunal, in full and final settlement of the claim of appellant.

Both the learned Counsel have signed the consent memo. The second respondent shall deposit the agreed amount before the MACT, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of - copy of this order. In case of default, the amount shall carry interest at the rate of 9% pa. i.e., after the expiry of six weeks period, Sd! JUDGE Mck/
