22. Statement of the accused was recorded and accused denied all the allegation of the prosecution.

The sum and substance of the findings of the Trial Court are as under: (a) The Trial Court from Ex.P.3-the inquest panchanama. found that it disclosed the presence of 4 Inch ligature mark on the right side of neck and one contusion mark on the left cheek of the deceased. The Trial Court was of the opinion that It was a clear indication of homicidal death, since In case of suicidal death, there would be no ligature mark on one side of the neck and there would be no possibifity of self infliction of such injury.
