This petition coming on for final hearing this day, H.N.Nagamohan Das, J., delivered the following: JUDGMENT This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 04.08.2005 in 0.S.397/2003 passed by Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Bellary, decreeing the suit for specific performance of an agreement of sale.
2. Appellants are the defendants No.1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, respondent No.1 is the plaintiff and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are the defendant Nos. 3, 7 and 8 before the trial court.
