O R D E R Both the Counsel submit that the matter is settled before the Mediation Centre and the agreement is produced before the Family Court and the Family Court accepting the settlement has disposed of M.C.No.3166/2009 for mutual divorce.

Learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 – wife of petitioner No.1 submits that the matter is compromised and she does not want to prosecute the proceedings in C.C.No.10304/2010 pending on the file of 1st Addl.C.M.M., Bangalore. 3 Placing the submission of the learned Counsel for respondent No.2 and also in view of the settlement before the Mediation Centre, petition is allowed.
