2. Heard Sri. D.C. Jagadeesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Sukanya Baliga, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

Smt. Sukanya Baliga, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents submitted that the petitioner is having an efficacious remedy under Section 130 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983 to challenge the impugned notice.

In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the petitioner is relegated to approach the competent authority under the provisions of Section 130 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983. All the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:22543 WP NO.36195 OF 2024 HC-KAR contentions of the parties are kept open. With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
